Certain restrictions apply and you must contact us before returning an item.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original paperwork and packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please document the condition of the item before you return it in case of damage during its journey back to us.
You, the buyer, are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error in fulfilling the order.
Damages and errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, was damaged prior to shipping, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the matter and work with you to resolve it. In the event the item was damaged in transit to you, we'll advise you to file a claim with the insurer or carrier.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange your item for another, please start the return process by contacting us. Once we approve and receive your return, we'll ship the replacement item to you. Any difference in price will be either refunded to your original payment method or charged to you. We require payment in full prior to shipment.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If we approve the return, you’ll be refunded the price of the item -- but not the shipping costs -- using your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post our refund to your account.
